Terms of service

Orders can take up to 8 working days to be processed and shipped. After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with receipt of purchase. When your order is ready to be shipped we will provide you with a tracking number you can use to follow and stay up to date with your order.

Pick up is available at no cost to you. You will see the option and steps to follow available at checkout if your location (zip code in profile) is close to our pick up address in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico .

We post constant updates in our social media (Facebook and Instagram) and you will be able to see them in our website banner at the top of the page.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their orders. If customers leave orders on hold and do not agree to pay for shipping, they will no longer be able to order at YTSOAP.COM, every order from their account will be automatically cancelled and refunded. After 14 days (two weeks) of no response or payment received, items will go back on inventory and customers will get a 40% refund as store credit. 


About soap-making workshops and in-store classes:

A deposit of 50% of the grand total is required in order to schedule our soap-making in-store class. Once the customer pays the deposit they will receive *2* emails: one confirming the order and one with a form were they will provide all their information and specifications for day, time and ingredient preferences.

After filling out the form, the customer will receive a third email two days prior to their selected date with a reminder, details, and location for our soap making studio.

Customer will also receive a text reminder an hour before their scheduled class starts. If the customer doesn't show up to their scheduled class and doesn't write at least 2 hours prior, the class will be cancelled and customer will get a 50% refund of the deposit given.

Remaining balance for the class must be paid in total the day of the scheduled class.
